Sophie Claude is VP Home Services at Orange Innovation since September 2021, responsible for the entity in charge of research, exploration and operational projects in the Home domain: from TV and entertainment services to home connectivity and IOT. Previously, she was in charge of the innovation strategy for home connectivity equipment and services, as Head of the Home Connectivity innovation portfolio.
For the past ten years at Orange, Sophie Claude first worked in production and IT strategy, then created the cybersecurity organization within Orange France’s Technical and Information System management.

She has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry at Orange, as well as with other multinational companies such as the Alcatel-Nokia Group and Volvo, where she has held numerous positions in the areas of cybersecurity, IT, and also in mobile and fixed networks and business services. 
Sophie Claude is a graduate of the National Institute of Applied Sciences in Lyon.
