David Clarkson participates in:
David works as a Competition Policy Director at Ofcom. He has been central to developing and implementing regulatory policies for telecoms – specialising in broadband – since 1999. David’s background is electronics and communications engineering. Before joining Ofcom he worked in research and development for the UK’s Ministry of Defence.
